PRODUCTION
Genetie La Trouvaille Chablis reflects a blend of varying terroir within the Chablis AOP providing a broad palate and rich mouthfeel. 2019, a fine vintage, offers generosity and complexity which is the result of a low yielding harvest and gentle winemaking techniques. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel was adopted to ensure the authenticity of the dominating primary fruit and floral characters.
TASTING NOTE
A generous vintage dominated by stone fruit, apple and melon with citrus and delicate apple blossom. Savoury minerality hovers in the background and supports the wine nicely, with long lasting acidity offering a bright finish and a food friendly profile.

You won’t go wrong with roast chicken or pan roasted fish in cream sauce, mussels cooked in cream, creamy pasta or aged soft cheese.
