Bottles/Pricing

Unless otherwise stated prices are for standard 75cl, and unless otherwise stated all prices include UK duty.

Prices and order transactions are GBP.

I reserve the right to amend prices and promotions at any time, without notice.

Although I attempt to ensure prices are accurate at all times, errors sometimes occur. I will not be obliged to fulfil orders for items that are priced incorrectly.

Delivery Options

Please note all delivery charges are assessed following any voucher codes or discounts applied.

1)National Delivery by Courier.

The minimum order value for free National delivery is £250.

If below this amount, the order will be delivered by the courier at an additional charge of £12.00.  Due to certain geographical issues with some locations and couriers it is not possible to deliver to all parts of the UK at this rate. In these unfortunate circumstances the additional cost will be confirmed and advised to customers before despatching orders. I cannot be held responsible for these additional costs required by the couriers. 

2)Free Local Delivery

If you spend £70 or more and you are in the Wrexham area, then it may be possible that you qualify for free delivery made by myself at an agreed time. Generally areas within Wrexham and outlying areas around the Wrexham borough are accepted. If this is not automatically confirmed during checkout, then please ring or e-mail me be (before confirming your order) to enquire if your location/ order is acceptable to qualify for a manual amendment to ensure delivery charge is waived.

There are also two sub options of Local Delivery for smaller order values, these are:

£0 - £34.99 will incur a £5.00 charge and

£35 - £69,99 will incur a £3.00 charge.

Local deliveries will require a phone number to be provided in order to arrange a suitable delivery time with you.

Ordering

Cambrian Wines is currently trading to the UK only and all customers must be minimum of 18 to order on this site.

When you place an order online you receive an email with the details. This acknowledges that your order has been received but not confirmed. Confirmation is subject to stock, payment, description and price verification and validation (including delivery issues, above). Once this has been carried out, I will send you a despatch confirmation email, and at that point your contract to purchase is complete. If there are any problems, I will contact you. I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time until the contract to purchase is complete.

I will cancel any order that fails the credit card fraud checks, or on the advice of our payment provider, the issuing bank or the cardholder. If an order is shown to be fraudulent, I will inform the police and cancel any further orders by the same customer.

I only accept orders for delivery to physical addresses. I do not accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes.

Cambrian Wines is operated and run wholly by myself. This will mean that during my holiday periods there will be a reduced service as there will be nobody available to process the orders etc. and maintain contact with customers. These unavoidable periods will be advised clearly on the website Home Page and apologise in advance for the obvious inconvenience this may cause.

Deliveries

Courier deliveries will generally be packed, despatched and delivered within 1 week, however at busy times e.g Christmas, there may be be unavoidable delays. I will try and advise of issues as they arise. If an urgent despatch is required, then please contact me in advance of placing the order to discuss requirements and I will confirm what is possible.

All deliveries must be signed for by an adult of legal drinking age in the destination country (18 in the UK).

Although I make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, all delivery dates and times are only estimates and not guarantees.

In the event that your order or part of your order is damaged in transit I will issue a refund for the broken items. Should your order arrive damaged you may either refuse the entire delivery or note down the damage with the delivery driver when receiving the goods. If you sign for the goods without doing this, it will be assumed they have been received in good condition.

In the event that the wrong products are delivered to you I will replace them (provided I can still supply the product(s) from stock) or have them returned to me and I will issue a refund. You will not be liable for any additional delivery charges.

UK Consumer Contract Regulations Cancellations and Returns

Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your entire order and receive a full refund, including for the original delivery charge, for up to fourteen days beginning from the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform me of your decision to cancel your contract with a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address. You must then arrange to have the goods returned to me at the above address. If I can collect the items free of charge from within the Wrexham delivery area and I will arrange to collect upon request. Outside that area, you will be liable for the cost of the return via carrier. Orders must be returned within 35 days of delivery. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession such that they are returned to me in a saleable condition. Your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
